When someone brings up the subject of skin care, most of us automatically think about our facial skin. Of course, we care about how our facial skin looks, because that's what people see first in a social setting. However, obviously the skin everywhere matters and can also suffer from various skin conditions.

For example, if your skin is very dry, this can be just as irritating as skin that has excessive oiliness. If you want vitamins to make a difference in your skin, you have to feed them to your body from the inside, not rub them on the outside of your body. So pay attention to these marketing ploys and, when you see one, apply a little common sense before you believe what they say.
